Staff seemed indifferent to issues

During my stay, I appreciated the quick check-in process, but the overall cleanliness was lacking. I encountered a noisy atmosphere and maintenance issues that were never fully addressed. It's unfortunate because the location has potential, but improvements in service and facilities are necessary.

The Americas Best Value Inn is conveniently located just 6 minutes from Heron Creek Golf Course, making it a great spot for a quick family getaway. The pool area was enjoyable for our young child, providing a nice place to relax after a long day.

My wife says that the room was not clean, and we dealt with a few issues that were frustrating during our stay.

The hospitality was great, and I particularly loved the cozy fireplace area and relaxing outdoor pool for unwinding after a long day. They also have a nice grill area perfect for those summer barbecues. The room was mostly comfortable, though the bathroom could use a little updating. 😊

Not for the faint of heart

So here's the deal, the room we got was actually pretty clean and spacious. I mean, for what we paid it was a decent setup. No complaints really, just the drunks outside making noise and old tv’s messing with my viewing.

It wasn’t exactly a steal, but still manageable.

Had a great time with my friends! We enjoyed our stay and played a few rounds at Heron Creek Golf Course nearby. The location made it easy to relax after our adventures. Just a heads up for future guests, expect basic amenities and don’t get too caught up on the little things.

We did face some issues with the TV not working, and nobody came to fix it despite calling the front desk. Thankfully, it didn’t ruin our overall experience but was a bit frustrating.

The Standard Queen Room was a bit of a letdown. It was pretty run down and the TV didn't even work. Plus, we didn't have any cold water in the morning, which was a major bummer. The vibe was chaotic too, with noise from other guests and no one really doing anything about it. Not a great experience overall.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

staying here was convenient as we could easily walk to Blue Ridge Park, just over 4 km away, and a few steps to local favorites like Family Table for breakfast, making our weekend exploration enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the room had significant cleanliness issues, with reports of cockroaches and mold present throughout. The toilet and refrigerator both leaked, creating a rather unpleasant atmosphere. Attempts to address these concerns were largely ineffective, as many guests noted poor responses from management. Noise was also a recurring problem, with loud partying disturbing sleep, leading to a general feeling of discomfort during the stay.
